SURVIVING TO THRIVING

OUR PAST  •  OUR PRESENT  •  OUR FUTURE

Blues City Cultural Center, a non-profit performing and visual arts organization in Memphis, was founded in 1979 by Levi and Deborah Frazier. With a vision to promote the works of African American artists, BCCC was the first professional Black theatre company in the Memphis area. For more than 40 years, BCCC has implemented quality programs and services through a cohort of professional artists and other creatives, numerous collaborations, and stakeholders who support our mission and understand our passion for the arts.
